Meeting your driver after arrival
Your meeting point is agreed according to your ferry or hydrofoil service and vehicle access at the harbour. Keep the confirmed location and a reachable contact number on your phone. Let us know the number and size of any large bags before you arrive.
Travelling to Ischia Ponte or another town
Ischia Ponte is the historic village around the Aragonese Castle. Hotels in Forio, Lacco Ameno, Casamicciola, Barano or Serrara Fontana require a journey to another part of the island. The full address, as well as the hotel name, helps us plan the route and check vehicle access.
If your ferry time changes
Tell us about changes as soon as you know. A delay or a different arrival harbour may require a new pickup arrangement. Waiting time and any additional charges must be agreed with the operator.
